A big accident has happened in Pathankot, Punjab. Two are reported dead as six youths travelling in a car fall into a city. Four others are injured. This accident happened near Kathwala canal bridge in Pathankot late on Wednesday night. All the youths were returning by car after a birthday party. When the car reached near Kathwala canal, it suddenly went out of control and fell into the canal.
According to the information, all the youths were returning to their respective homes by car after a birthday party late on Wednesday night at around 1 o’clock. Then the youth driving the car lost control of the car. Suddenly the car lost balance and fell into the canal, in which two youths died by drowning in the water, while four youths somehow came out of the car, but they were injured. Out of the two people who died in the accident, one youth got married only six months ago. He was going to go abroad after a few days. The car fell about 30-40 feet down. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
After receiving information about the incident, the police team reached the spot. In the morning, the car was pulled out of the water with the help of a crane.
