Bodies of a boy and a girl have been recovered from dense forest near Jeena Bali near Chauhal in Hoshiarpur. After receiving information about the incident, police officers of Thana Sadar and SP Sarabjit Singh Bahia, DSP City Deep Aman Singh reached the spot with police party and started investigating the matter.
The deceased have been identified as Sandeep Tiwari son Harish Chandra Tiwari resident Jalandhar and Pooja. Both the deceased are residents of Jalandhar, the place where the bodies of both were recovered is a dense forest. Police is investigating how both of them reached here.
SP Sarabjit Singh said that the police has investigated the matter. Why both of them took this step is being investigated. Information about the incident can be shared only after investigation. At present, the bodies have been taken into custody and sent for postmortem. The situation will become clear only after talks and statements from both families.
