Heroin worth about 12 crores, 3 ultra-modern pistols (30 bore), 2 lakh rupees (Indian currency) and an expensive car were recovered from their possession. They were produced in the court. Then a surprising thing came to light that a female Anganwadi worker (female) used to hide consignments of drugs and weapons. She joined them due to greed for money. 5 smugglers were arrested from Jammu and Kashmir with the help of the local police there.

The police commissioner said that when they caught all of them and expanded the scope of their investigation, it was found that this consignment of drugs and weapons was brought from across Pakistan to Ajnala, Dera Baba Nanak area of ​​​​Punjab, India twice through drones. 2.19 kg heroin, 3 ultra-modern pistols, drug money worth Rs 2.60 lakh and a Fortuner car have been recovered from the alleged criminals. All the items were recovered from the house of the Anganwadi Mahila Panahgar. It has been found that the woman had built a basement in the house. The police recovered the consignment and other items from her basement.
