Gurpreet Singh Rana expressed serious concern over the alleged removal and tearing of banners placed on Advocate NK Verma’s private properties in Kharar. He stated that if these banners were placed on their private properties with the consent of the respective property owners, the relevant authorities should clarify on what legal basis and under whose orders this action was taken.

Violation of Rules
Gurpreet Singh Rana stated that administrative and municipal council employees are responsible for performing their duties in accordance with the law and established rules. If any rules were violated, the prescribed legal process should be followed. However, removing or damaging promotional material placed on private properties without any clear legal basis raises serious questions.
Immediate action should be taken
He stated that the Punjab government and senior administrative officials should immediately take cognizance of this matter and seek answers from the concerned municipal council officials regarding this action. He further stated that in a democratic system, every individual has the right to express their views and engage in political activities within the ambit of the law. The administrative machinery should function impartially and no individual should be treated with discrimination or favoritism.
Demanded an impartial investigation
Gurpreet Singh Rana demanded that an impartial investigation be conducted into the entire matter, the officials responsible for the action be identified, and it be clarified on whose orders the banner removal was carried out.
Appealed to the government
He appealed to the government to pay special attention to this matter and ensure that all administrative employees discharge their duties with transparency, impartiality, and within the ambit of the law. Finally, Gurpreet Singh Rana stated that if legal process has been violated at any level, accountability should be fixed and appropriate steps should be taken to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.###UK###CANADA###USA###PUNJAB###MOHALI###KHARAR##CHANDIGARH###ADVOCATE###AAP###CMMANN###AUSTRALIA###NEWZEALAND###GERMANY###ITLAY###FRANCE###
