A youth resident of Nadala in Kapurthala district of Punjab died in a road accident in Italy. As soon as the information was received, there was mourning in the family. The family demanded the Italian government to investigate this road accident. The said young man had gone to Italy just two months ago. According to the information, Ajay Kumar’s relative Mandeep Kumar told that 2 months ago, Ajay had gone to Italy to earn a living by taking a loan.
Ajay Kumar had gone to Fiumicino Airport from Latina district of Lazio to pick up a relative in the car of his friend Rakesh Kumar. To save money for parking near the airport, the driver parked the car in a no-parking zone and started waiting for his relative’s flight. Meanwhile, when Ajay Kumar started crossing the road to go to the bathroom, he was hit by a speeding car and he died on the spot.
Deceased Ajay Kumar has 2 children. The family has appealed to the Italian government for an impartial investigation into the accident and for help in bringing Ajay’s body to India.
