Punjab Budget 2025 has been approved in the state cabinet. This information was given by Finance Minister Harpal Cheema. Harpal Cheema said that Budget 2025-26 will be presented in the Punjab Assembly on March 26. While this budget will be debated on March 27.
Harpal Cheema refused to tell about the details of the budget. Responding to media questions, he said that who has been benefited in this budget, on whom this budget will focus, everyone will know about it on March 26 at 10 am. Apart from this, the Finance Minister did not say anything clearly about which important topics were discussed in the cabinet meeting.
Meeting held at CM residence
A cabinet meeting of the Punjab government was called at CM Bhagwant Singh Mann’s residence at 7.30 pm today. It is worth noting that the budget session is starting from tomorrow i.e. Friday. After the action of the Punjab government on the farmers’ movement, there is a possibility of uproar in this budget session.
