It is alleged that the contractor reconnoitered the car of a husband who was giving juice to a pregnant woman and later the traffic police officer issued a hefty challan and handed it over to him. Sources have revealed that the driver of the car is a soldier. The Amritsar traffic police is being criticized a lot for this matter. People are making this viral video viral on different social media platforms and making different kinds of comments. At present, no statement of any senior officer of the traffic police department has come out regarding this matter. But, experts related to the traffic police are calling it a very serious issue and are not shying away from calling it a big mistake of the police.
On Wednesday afternoon, a soldier from the Cantt area reaches a doctor to give blood to his pregnant wife. According to the doctor, he takes his wife to drink juice. He parks his car there. After this, a contractor of a private company that does towing, takes away the car. The couple reaches the traffic police with the help of another vehicle. Despite being pregnant, the wife folds her hands in front of the traffic police officer and asks him to let them go. But, the traffic police officer is not affected by this. It has been learned that a person makes a video of this entire incident on his mobile. The video is about 1 minute long.
In the evening, this video is uploaded on social media. Whoever sees this video, after watching the entire incident, shares it further. It has been learned that the message of the traffic police has gone wrong among the people regarding this video. People even commented that does the traffic police have no humanity at all that it could not listen to the cry of a pregnant woman. One commented that this police officer should be dismissed from the job, so that in future, the officer associated with the police department thinks 100 times before doing such an act. One even commented that the traffic police does not listen to anyone, their only job is to catch the driver and issue a challan for his vehicle.

Sources have revealed that the couple is from the cantonment area. The husband works in the army. It is not clear what post he holds. Because, the victim’s family has not yet come in front of the media. After the challan was issued, the victim’s family was very angry with the traffic police. They have requested the senior officials of the traffic police administration that strict legal action should be taken against the police officer and the contractor of the tow company who took wrong action against them, so that they can get justice.
