Police got a big success in the drug smuggling case in Barnala, Punjab. Barnala police has busted an inter-state drug smuggling gang and arrested 4 drug smugglers. Police has arrested all the four drug smugglers by raiding Uttar Pradesh. Police has recovered a large quantity of drugs and a car from the drug smugglers.
SSP gave information in the press conference
SSP Sandeep Kumar Malik told in the press conference that a few days ago he had caught a drug smuggler Shivram, resident of Patiala. Police recovered 1 lakh 37 thousand 550 drugs from him. On the basis of interrogation, police raided district Saharanpur and district Muzaffarnagar of Uttar Pradesh. From there, police has arrested Mohammad Alam, Abhishek Kumar and Ashu, all three residents of Saharanpur, Farman Ali resident of Muzaffarnagar. The police have recovered 4.25 lakh narcotic pills and an Accent car from the arrested smugglers. He said that many more big revelations are expected in this case.
