A shocking case has come to light in Abohar in Fazilka district of Punjab. Here a 70-year-old man raped a 9-year-old girl. The victim is a fourth class student. The incident happened at 12 noon. The girl’s mother had gone to work. During this time, the accused, who lives near the victim’s house, came there. He took the girl hostage and took her to his house. There he raped the girl. When the mother returned home in the evening, the girl was scared.
Threatened to kill
The girl told that the accused had done the same thing to her in November as well. The accused had threatened to kill her. Because of this, the girl did not tell anyone. The victim’s mother told that the girl often complained of stomach ache, she also took medicine. Now the reason has come to light. At present, the girl has been admitted to the hospital. The police is investigating the matter and medical tests are being conducted.
Teachers demanded strict action
When her school teachers came to know about this this morning, they also reached the hospital and demanded strict action from the City Two police. On which station in-charge Promila Sidhu reached the spot and started questioning the girl and her family members and got her medical done.
