BIG NEWS–Drug consignment was ordered from across the border, 2 smugglers arrested.

Anti Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) and Border Security Force (BSF) have recovered about three kg of heroin during a joint operation in Ferozepur, Punjab on the Indo-Pak border. This consignment of drugs was ordered from across the border. Two drug smugglers have also been arrested. The smugglers had ordered the consignment of heroin from Pakistani smugglers through drones.

ANTF-BSF had recovered a big Pakistani drone and a consignment of two kg seven hundred grams of heroin from the fields of border village Khundhad Hithad. Both these smugglers who ordered heroin are residents of Machhi Wada colony of Ferozepur, who have deep connections with Pakistani smugglers.

BSF and ANTF officials said that they had recovered a drone from Pakistan and five packets of heroin from the fields of border village Khundhad Hithad. The said packets contained two kg seven hundred grams of heroin. After this, a search operation was started to find out which smuggler had ordered the heroin. They started their investigation with modern technology. During the investigation, smugglers Joginder Singh and Judge were arrested from Machhiwara colony of Ferozepur. On searching their house, 700 grams of heroin was recovered. A total of 3 kg 400 grams of heroin was seized from the accused.

Both the accused have links with Pakistani smugglers. These people contact Pakistani smugglers through WhatsApp and order consignments of heroin. Both the smugglers will be thoroughly interrogated. To whom do they supply further and how many consignments of heroin and weapons have they brought from Pakistan to India so far.
