Giving information, DSP Headquarters in Fazilka, Lovedeep Singh Gill said that as per the orders of DIG Ferozepur Range and Fazilka SSP, a red alert has been issued in the district. Due to this, Fazilka, Jalalabad and Abohar areas under district Fazilka have been sealed. Blockades have been put up at many places, which are being headed by senior police officers.
Blockades at 10 to 12 places – DSP
The DSP said that blockades have been put up at about 10 to 12 places in the city. Where vehicles are being stopped and checked. He said that today during this special operation, about 1000 police personnel and officers are in the field. And cars and other vehicles are being stopped and checked.
