The police administration’s bulldozer ran on the house of a female smuggler here. It is being told that the female smuggler is also a Panchayat member of village Nanowal Vaid. Nearly a dozen criminal cases of drug trafficking are registered against her. This action was taken by the district police administration under the ‘War against Drugs’ campaign started by the Punjab government. On the other hand, the village panchayat praised this decision of the government and said that the action taken by the Punjab government against drugs will stop the trend of drug addiction.
This was said by the top police officer
