A case has come to light in which a daily wage employee at the Bank of Baroda branch on Moga Road in Kotkapura allegedly attacked the cashier. Cashier Manish Goyal, who was injured in the attack, has been admitted to Civil Hospital, Kotkapura for treatment. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed outside the bank. According to reports, two daily wage employees were employed at the bank. A few days ago, the services of one of the daily wage employees were terminated after a permanent employee was appointed. Bank officials had assured Deep Singh, a resident of Deviwala village, that he would be accommodated at a nearby branch in the area.
Continued Threatening Bank Employees.
Despite this, he continued to threaten bank employees. According to bank manager Harpreet Singh, the accused and his father were called to the bank a day before the incident, where they apologized in writing. Despite this, on Thursday morning, when cashier Manish Goyal was parking his bike and entering the bank, the accused attacked him with an iron rod.

Manish Goyal escaped, but suffered an arm injury during the attack. He was subsequently admitted to the Civil Hospital for treatment.
