The entire country was shaken by the Saurabh murder case in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Because Saurabh’s wife Muskan along with her lover Sahil brutally murdered her husband and cut the body into pieces and put it in a drum and filled it with cement. Now both are behind the bars of the jail. A similar case has also come to light in Khanna, Punjab. Here also a wife brutally murdered her husband. The wife killed her husband with her lover and absconded.
This heart-wrenching incident took place in Sohiyan village of Maloud area near Khanna. Here wife Jasveer Kaur along with her lover Sukhpreet Singh attacked her husband Bahadur Singh several times on the head with an iron rod. Bahadur, soaked in blood, was immediately taken to Maloud Civil Hospital, from where he was referred to Ludhiana. But before the treatment could begin, Bahadur died.
According to the information, 40-year-old Bahadur Singh alias Bhola used to work as a soil filler. Bahadur Singh’s wife Jasveer Kaur along with her lover Sukhpreet Singh committed this murder. Sukhpreet also used to work with the deceased Bahadur. He used to visit his house often. During this time, Jasveer Kaur and Sukhpreet became close to each other. After the love affair, their illegal relationship increased.
Husband tried to convince Jasveer Kaur but she did not listen
When Bahadur Singh came to know about their illegal relationship, he tried to convince his wife Jasveer Kaur many times. Bahadur Singh and Jasveer Kaur also have a 7-year-old daughter. Keeping in mind the future of the girl, he repeatedly pleaded with his wife to stop her activities, but Jasveer was so obsessed with love that she hatched a conspiracy to get her husband out of the way.
Bahadur was attacked on Wednesday midnight
On Wednesday night, Bahadur Singh was sleeping in his house with his wife and daughter. During the same time, Sukhpreet Singh, the wife’s lover, hit Bahadur Singh on the head with an iron rod several times. At the time when Bahadur Singh was attacked, one of Bahadur Singh’s friends Indrajit Singh was also sleeping in the lobby with his wife. Inderjit woke up when Bahadur Singh started screaming at midnight. He ran towards Bahadur Singh’s room.
The daughter cried and said- Leave Papa
When Indrajit reached the door of the room, he was shocked to see the scene. He saw that Sukhpreet had an iron rod in his hand. He was continuously hitting Bahadur Singh on the head. Bahadur Singh’s wife was watching all this and the daughter was crying loudly nearby. The daughter kept saying, “Don’t kill my father. Leave the sin.” When the daughter tried to defend, her mother Jasveer Kaur caught her. When Indrajit came to the room, both of them fled from there. After this, Indrajit himself took Bahadur Singh to the hospital for treatment, but he died.
What does the police say
DSP Hemant Malhotra said that the murder was planned in advance. Jasvir and Sukhpreet together planned to kill Bahadur and waited for the opportunity. After the murder, both of them absconded. The police have registered a case and raids are being conducted at many places. Arrests are also being claimed soon.
