What was the whole matter

On Thursday, during the security check at Chandigarh International Airport, Kangana Ranaut was slapped by female security personnel Kulwinder Kaur. The accused woman was angry with Kangana’s statements during the farmers’ movement. After winning from Mandi parliamentary constituency of Himachal Pradesh, Kangana was going to attend a BJP meeting in Delhi. She was to leave from Chandigarh airport by Vistara Airlines flight number UK-707.

Security checks were being done at the airport. Meanwhile, CISF female security personnel Kulwinder Kaur present there asked her that Madam, you have won from BJP. Why is your party not doing anything for the farmers? Kulwinder also asked questions on Kangana’s statements during the farmers’ movement.

A debate started between the two on this. It is alleged that in the meantime the female security personnel slapped Kangana. After the incident, there was chaos at the airport. Senior CISF officials immediately reached the spot and explained to Kangana. Kangana demanded action against the security personnel. After this, Kangana left for Delhi by flight.

Kulwinder Kaur was posted at Chandigarh Airport for the last two years. Kulwinder’s husband also works in CISF. Kulwinder got married to Simran Singh of Jammu six years ago. They have two children, a son and a daughter.

Case registered against constable who slapped Kangana

Mohali Airport Police has registered a case under section 323 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 341 of IPC after 24 hours against CISF female constable Kulwinder Kaur, accused of slapping BJP MP from Mandi, Himachal and Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut.

DSP Airport Kuljinder Singh said that CISF had lodged a complaint against the accused at the police station. Police have registered a case on the basis of CCTV camera footage installed at the airport. The accused was suspended after the slapping incident. His departmental inquiry has also been started. After the incident, Kangana had demanded the removal of the accused from the job and strict action.

It is worth noting that Kangana reached Chandigarh International Airport late on Thursday evening to take a flight from Chandigarh to Delhi. During this, Kangana was slapped by a woman constable during a search in the security area. In a video, the accused constable was heard saying that his mother was involved in the farmers’ movement. She was angry with Kangana’s statement in which she said that such women sit in protests for Rs 100-100.
