Judicial committee investigating

The High Court had constituted a committee headed by a retired High Court judge to investigate the death of Shubkaran Singh on March 7. The chairmanship of the 3-member committee was entrusted to former Justice Jayshree Thakur of Punjab-Haryana High Court. Along with her, Haryana ADGP Amitabh Singh Dhillon and Punjab ADGP Pramod Ban were made part of the committee.
