The light of two houses was extinguished in a road accident in Fazilka, Punjab. Two youths riding a scooter collided with a car. The collision was so severe that even the airbags of the car opened. The scooter was completely shattered. There was a head-on collision between a car and a scooter. Two teenagers riding a scooter died after a fierce collision between a scooter and a car on Fazilka-Ferozepur road. The accident took place on Friday near village Bahk Khas on Ferozepur highway. Both the teenagers who died were 14 and 15 years old.
According to the information, both the children were returning from the salon after getting a hair cut. As soon as the information of the accident was received, the local police reached the spot and took the damaged vehicles into custody and started investigation. At the same time, the police has taken the car driver into custody and started action.
Local resident Joginder Singh said that he was present at the spot. Two teenagers were riding a scooty. Suddenly a car coming from Jalalabad collided with the scooty. The accident was so terrible that both the teenagers riding the scooty were badly injured. A child got stuck under the car, who was pulled out with great difficulty and was immediately taken to the hospital, where he died.
Both the children were residents of Jhugge Gulab Singh village. The deceased teenagers have been identified as Sarup Singh (15) and Ishant Kamboj (14). At present, the police have taken the car driver into custody in the case. SHO Hardev Singh Bedi says that investigation is going on in the case.
